Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the services provided by Sleepr AI LLC ("Sleepr AI"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Sleepr AI connects to your field service software with read-only access to deliver daily business summaries and, at your direction, sends reminder text messages to your customers, in your business's name, about your outstanding invoices and open quotes.
Not a collection agency
Sleepr AI is a reminder and notification tool. It is not a debt collector or collection agency. Sleepr AI does not purchase debts, process or receive payments, offer financing, or contact anyone you have not chosen. Your customers pay you directly through your own invoices.
SMS program terms
Program name: Sleepr AI Account Notifications
Description: Daily business summaries, account notifications, and customer support messages for Sleepr AI customers. Prospective customers who request a demo may receive sample product demonstration messages.
Message frequency: Varies, typically about one message per day.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or email support@sleepr.ai.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you reply START.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You may only direct Sleepr AI to contact customers who have given you consent to be contacted by text message, and you are responsible for obtaining and documenting that consent.
- You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harassing communications.
Fees
Fees are as stated in your order or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." Sleepr AI does not guarantee that any invoice will be paid, any quote will be approved, or any customer will respond. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleepr AI's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Either party may end the service at any time.
