- Connected business data: with your authorization, data from your field service software (such as Jobber), including invoices, quotes, and client records, used only to provide the service.
- Messaging data: text messages and call records sent or received through our service, including opt-in and opt-out records.
- Website data: basic usage information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
- To deliver your daily business reports and account notifications.
- To send follow-up messages and calls you direct us to send on your behalf.
- To respond to support requests and operate, maintain, and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS messaging
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Sleepr AI, message frequency varies (typically about one message per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the service (for example, messaging, hosting, and AI processing providers), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Disconnecting your field service software account stops our access to that data.
